| 1. Do I need
any special training to use your Training Products? A complete instructor manual, including teaching techniques, schedule,
examples and exercises is provided as part of every one of our Training Products. However,
Logical Process Corp. recommends that an experienced trainer or manager conduct the
training using the Instructor manual as a guide. Logical Process Corp. does offer Train
the Trainer instruction which is purchased separately. Graduates will be awarded either
Logical Process or Sirius3 Certified Trainer status depending on the instruction
undertaken.
2. What do I do if I have trouble using
the training materials?
Logical Process can provide you with access, through email
and our website, to a senior instructor to assist you with using the training materials
effectively in your environment.
3. How do I access the Training Products
once I have purchased them?
You will be provided with a Client ID and password key
which will allow you to enter the secure Client Resource Center on our website, from which
you can download all of the available training materials, as required, and access material
updates as they become available.
