ITIL Certification

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the de-facto standard framework for IT service management. Already tens of thousands of your fellow IT professionals worldwide have attained varying levels of certification in their knowledge of the best practices by ITIL.

We do not own ITIL; it is public domain and is administrated by the Central Computing & Telecommunications Agency (CCTA) in the UK and EXIN in the Netherlands. HDI Certification

Help Desk Institute (HDI), working with more than 25 organizations, has established two committees for the development of certification standards for the support industry. These two committees, made up of members from around the world, have been working all summer to define the framework and methodology for measuring performance and quality leading to certification of support centers and individuals.
